family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for

SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS
Any feedback be it positive or negative regarding the
manner in which
this practice is run is welcome. For this purpose there is a box in the
waiting room. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you are
receiving, the staff are only too keen to know about it so that it could
be rectified. Problems are best dealt with by mutual discussion. The
care in this practice can only improve if the staff are aware of any
